Your hire company will provide insurance with the contract but it is best to read the details carefully. A large number of companies require a deposit to cover the "excess" charges of the insurance company, and this could be lost if you are involved in any form of accident. |

If you want to travel light there are numerous companies which provide for hire such things as kettles, hair driers, irons, electric fans, etc.
Cots, prams and high chairs are available for those with small children.
Also available are T.V.'s and DVD players for those television addicts!
There is usually a deposit required, which is reimbursed when you return the equipment.
Some hotels will provide this service themselves, or work directly with a reputable company, but shop around because prices vary tremendously. |
