 The Shows

Dolphins.
The Dolphin Show at Marineland has received awards from all over the world and is rated as one of the best. It is an unforgettable experience. Discover for yourself the intelligence of these friendly animals as they jump through hoops, play basketball, surf and even throw their trainers around!

At every show a lucky child is chosen from the audience and then the dolphins tow them around the pool in a small dinghy.
There is an underground tunnel with a huge glass window where visitors can watch the dolphins play when they're not performing in the show. On the walls of the tunnel there is an exhibition explaining about the dolphins in their natural habitat.

Sea Lions.
Another amazing show. Sea lions of various ages keep you amused as they perform various stunts and tricks with their trainers.

Watch them balance with amazing agility, play with balls and various other objects, dance and even sing!

Parrots.
A fun show, especially for the kids. Encourage your team as these beautiful birds race each other and perform various tasks. These Olympic contest birds ring bells, count and interact with each other and their trainers.

 Good News!

Marineland has been very successful with it's breeding program. 2005 saw the first arrivals of Humboldt or Peruvian Penguins born in captivity. These are a vulnerable species and Marineland are hoping for continued success in this area.

Also born this year was the baby sea lion Bimba. Weighing 8.4kg at birth, he will reach 300kg on maturity. The regular visitors to Marineland will be able to watch his progress over the coming years.
